John is the Founder and Principal of the Center for Sports Psychology, which started in 1980 and provides individual and team leadership development, executive coaching, and enhanced performance for individuals, teams, and organizations. These services are delivered to the public and private sectors, and coaches and athletes throughout the USA and internationally. In addition, John completed a career in the U.S. Air Force, with his final 11 years as a faculty member.

John Jr. is the President of C4SP.
John manages the executive and athletic programs for C4SP clients. John has over 20 years experience working with individuals and teams in the public and private sectors, national and international for senior executives, mid-level managers, and high potential candidates.
John has developed, designed, coordinated and led performance training programs for teams and individuals to produce effective and efficient leaders.

Leslie has served as feedback coach for Leadership Assessment Program II for the past 3 years. She has also coached several individual federal government employees preparing for SES level of service over the course of a 6 month coaching contract.
Leslie is certified in the Bar-On EQi Emotional Intelligence, MBTI, and OPM 360 assessments and uses them regularly with her OPM coaching clients. In addition, Leslie has been a trainer and coach for the Executive Leadership Development Program.

Dr. Rae has over 25 years consulting with corporations and businesses throughout the United States and abroad. He has extensive experience as a facilitator/coach/trainer weaving communication, leadership, organizational development and experiential team building into hundreds of corporate and government programs.
James received his doctorate from the University of Denver.
