Dr. John AndersonJohn is the Founder and Principal of the Center for Sports Psychology, which started in 1980 and provides individual and team leadership development, executive coaching, and enhanced performance for individuals, teams, and organizations. These services are delivered to the public and private sectors, and coaches and athletes throughout the USA and internationally. In addition, John completed a career in the U.S. Air Force, with his final 11 years as a faculty member. | John Anderson Jr.John Jr. is the President of C4SP. Dr. Melanie HenningMelanie Henning has over 20 years in the health and wellness space in coaching, training, sales, marketing, and business development. Melanie spent seven years in cancer and cardiovascular research at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, California, and The Riordan Clinic in Wichita, Kansas and Phoenix, Arizona. Melanie's successes can be attributed to her clinical and science background while also understanding the complexities within small and large organizations. | Amy Miller, MA, ICF, MCCAmy is an ICF Master Certified (MCC) executive coach and organizational consultant who specializes in leadership development, assessment of team and organizational dynamics, and emotional intelligence. Tremble (aka The Federal Career Coach) is an award-winning speaker, author, and leadership expert who has over 10 years of experience coaching and advising some of our nation’s most senior level government leaders. He is also the host of The Alex Tremble Show, which brings together successful executives from across the world to provide government employees with the strategies needed to gain influence and advance in their careers. | Dr. Leslie CancillaLeslie has served as feedback coach for Leadership Assessment Program II for the past 3 years. She has also coached several individual federal government employees preparing for SES level of service over the course of a 6 month coaching contract. Leslie is certified in the Bar-On EQi Emotional Intelligence, MBTI, and OPM 360 assessments and uses them regularly with her OPM coaching clients.
