This unique six-month program recognizes the importance of developing leaders throughout their career  This program curriculum is for Federal, State, and Private-Sector individuals who are emerging leaders in their field.  Attendees harness meaningful insight into their personal strengths, enabling the critical leadership  foundation to be built.  The learnings and applications of this comprehensive course are designed to give the attendee quick actionable steps as well as long-term sustainable knowledge for now and the future.
